to back office requirements.
Payroll, invoicing, management reports, credit
control, credit insurance and cash flow need never be an issue
again. And what makes the service even more special is that not
only can you choose which elements you require – you only pay
for the volumes that you use!
Our aim is to free you from the headaches of
back office support with all its red tape, administration and
costs to leave you free to do what you do, resulting in a better
return to your bottom line!
Paying on time, every time, is critical to
maintaining a satisfied workforce. This often means multiple pay
runs within the same tax week to pay ad hoc timesheets to temporary
workers. The sooner your temporary worker is paid, the sooner
you can raise an invoice to your clients - with 20 years recruitment
experience here at PayPartners we fully understand this need and
the reactive nature of the recruitment industry and we aim to
reduce the pressure that you sometimes face with BACS cut off
times.
We have the facility to produce invoices to
your clients on either a weekly or monthly basis. If you choose
to pay a temporary worker weekly and bill a client monthly we
can accommodate this.
We can produce invoices for any permanent placements
on an ad hoc basis.
Our software and hardware is fully replicated
across multiple sites to ensure that in the case of a power cut
our systems just keep running.
We continually invest in updating our software
with enhancements and legislative changes thus relieving you of
the need to spend time studying the details.
Our charge plan is designed to grow with your
needs and fluctuate with any seasonal variations. It is transaction
based - so we are not looking to erode away your hard earned margin
by taking a pre agreed set percentage. We only charge you for
the number of payslips and associated invoices produced.
We will dedicate one of our IPPM qualified
staff to your account so that you have one key point of contact.
Your PayPartner will take the time to understand your business
and the ways that you like to work. All PayPartners staff have
at least 5 years industry experience. Our Partners are all highly
trained and committed to continual professional development.
